The Weekly Mews with Armani

It’s the best time of the week once again! Armani is thrilled to share he had no cone, no Libre, and no blood draws this week, but he is still getting his little pokes twice a day.

Armani sees a bug across the room

We are about two weeks out from his final blood draw to see if we can classify him as in remission. Fingers and paws crossed! He is not going to like getting his blood drawn after several weeks of No Vet, but I keep telling him that I will do whatever is needed for him to have the best life, even if he does not like it sometimes.

Sleeping on the floor

My publisher is not sure about Armani becoming a beloved children’s book character, so once I get a minute to breathe, I’m going to see about self-publishing. Armani has grown quite the following, and I feel like he has a lot of wisdom to share. Coming probably some time in 2022 but don’t hold me to that as I have a lot going on.

Armani helping me in my home office

Since yesterday was Kindness Day, Armani wants to remind you to be kind to yourself. Rest if you need to, and tell that voice that talks down to you to be quiet.
